Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, if we have made a mistake or there was an issue with the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept used items back.
So, if you change your mind, picked the wrong size, had a moment of madness, wanted something pretty for a one off event, and now you want to return it, well, we don't charge double to make this acceptable. The prices are pretty bloody good, if we do say so ourselves. So, if you did something like this, then best make it a nice gift for someone you care about, which its always good to look after your mates.
Most of our shirts are 100% cotton, and will shrink up to half a size after successive washes. This information on each material is available in the product specs section.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and we probably won't even know where it came from.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes most of our products which are custom made, just for you. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), are all made to order and unique just for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please choose carefully and ensure where custom names are included, you have checked the spelling BEFORE you hit the buy button. If you made a mistake, call us and let us know straight away, as many items are on the machines within an hour or two of your order being processed.
Refunds or Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed voucher details to the agreed value, so you can repurchase the correct item, and we have a record of the return and replacement item.
